We will show you how to add a “Profit First” service to the offerings that your firm offers to your clients. This service is all about helping your clients, who happen to be business owners, learn and implement Profit First in their business(es.) We will do all of the heavy lifting, using the process we have created and tested for you, while you focus on the most valuable results for you:
- understand their goals, i.e. what they want from their businesses,
- analyze where they are now, in terms of their true profitability, including their own compensation, tax liabilities, etc., and,
- make a plan to get from here to there, that we will document for them, and break down into a step-by-step, month by month set of benchmarks and milestones.
You do not have to be a financial wizard … or even good with numbers to be effective in delivering this service! We will work with the clients’ bookkeeper and/or accountant, and help them build “Profit First Team” who will report to us what we need to know to hold the clients accountable to their plan. We will also administer this program with little or no direct effort from you. Your role will be to interface with the client and do what you do best: discover risks, issues and opportunities, and advise the client based on what you learn, or find the client help if it is outside your expertise.
From your first 50 clients for whom we implement Profit First, you will earn direct revenues of more than $70K. If that were all this program were about, it might not be worth it! However, by deepening your relationship with your clients, and working with us to conduct 4, in-depth discover meetings per year (meetings your clients will LOVE) you should be able to achieve significantly more in new revenues just by rolling out this Profit First service to your current and former) clients. Then when you move on to new clients, the sky’s the limit!
